Paying homage to the original PRS instrument, the SE Custom 24 is a throwback to the first guitar that founder Paul Reed Smith took to his first tradeshow in the mid-1980s, the Custom 24. The flattop, double-cutaway body has a beveled maple top, mahogany back and a flame maple veneer, delivering long sustains and punchy tones. The 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top a three-piece maple neck has a wide-thin shape, making the guitar comfortable and easy to play. The instrument is also easy on the eyes with its iconic bird inlays, tobacco sunburst finish and accenting nickel hardware.
SE Custom 24 gives you stable, dependable hardware and a versatile voice thanks to the Vintage Bass and HFS pickups, as well as a three-way toggle on the tone and volume control knobs. The PRS-designed tremolo and tuners keep the instrument in tune as you take those deep dives on stage or at home. To keep your instrument safe, the SE Custom 24 comes with a PRS gig bag.
A PRS Gig Bab is included with this purchase.
